his topic for the Christian setting is based on 2 Corinthians 4:2-17 where were are given detail instructions on how to make an invisible God visible to those around us. If we don't become radical in making God real to others, then time will run out and opportunities will be missed to further the kingdom.
For the business topic it is based on what type of leadership you are making visible to your team. Is it leadership by fear, incentive or visibility. Success is making the invisible visible to those we want to and need to reach!

Woodrow Wilson, the 28th President of the United States stated words that are as true today as when he first spoke them: "You are not here to merely make a living. You are here in order to enable the world to live more amply, with greater vision, with a finer spirit of hope and achievement. You are here to enrich the world, and you impoverish yourself if you forget the errand." This topic inspired by Nancy's mother, who passed away in 2008, clearly expresses the importance of living a legacy of love which in turn teaches something very important...the love of God!
For leadership or civic groups it focuses on how important it is to realize our passion for what we do and to do so with zeal and the focus on who is watching and what are they seeing.
